1. About these terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any consultation, psychic reading, spell, ritual or other spiritual service ("Services") provided by Queen Latibu ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the website or requesting a Service, you agree to these Terms, together with our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By requesting a Service, you confirm that you are an adult, that the information you provide is true and accurate, and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Nature of the Services
Our Services are spiritual and traditional practices based on cultural belief and faith. You acknowledge and accept that:
- the outcome of spiritual work cannot be scientifically proven or guaranteed;
- results vary between individuals and depend on many factors outside our control, including the free will of other people;
- any time frame given is an estimate and not a commitment; and
- the Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

4. Consultations and bookings
Every Service begins with a consultation, usually by WhatsApp, phone or email. During the consultation Queen Latibu will discuss your situation, recommend a suitable course of action and explain the fee before any work begins. A booking is confirmed only when you have agreed to the recommended Service and its fee.
Queen Latibu may decline any request at their discretion, including requests that are intended to harm, control or deceive another person, that involve a minor, or that are unlawful.
5. Fees and payment
Fees depend on the type and complexity of the work and will always be agreed with you in advance. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before spell work begins, because materials are prepared and rituals scheduled specifically for you. You are responsible for any bank, transfer or currency conversion charges. We will never ask you for money you have not agreed to pay, and you are never under any obligation to purchase additional Services.
6. Your responsibilities
To allow spiritual work to be carried out properly, you agree to:
- provide accurate information about your situation and the people involved;
- follow any reasonable instructions given to you, such as simple rituals to perform at home, at your own discretion and with appropriate safety care; and
- continue to seek professional help where appropriate for health, legal or financial matters.
You must not use the Services, or any information you obtain through them, to harass, threaten, stalk or harm any person.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all consultations and personal information as strictly confidential and handle them in line with our Privacy Policy. We ask that you also respect the privacy of any communication with Queen Latibu.
9. Website use and intellectual property
All text, designs, graphics and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, republish or distribute any content without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or sending spam through the contact form.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on a consultation, reading or spell. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service concerned.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you book a Service will apply to that Service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
